Leadership Development that changes how your team actually works

Most leadership training evaporates within a fortnight. We run structured programmes over 8 to 16 weeks, so new habits stick. Based in Scotland, working with organisations across the UK.

Four phases, no fluff

01

Diagnostic

We interview your senior team, review 360-degree feedback and map the gap between current behaviour and the outcomes you need. This takes about two weeks.

02

Design

Every programme is built around your real challenges. We select from facilitated workshops, 1-to-1 coaching, peer-learning cohorts and on-the-job assignments.

03

Delivery

Sessions run fortnightly, in person or via video. Between sessions, participants complete applied tasks with their own teams, so learning happens in context.

04

Measurement

At programme close we re-run the diagnostic, compare scores and present a report that links leadership behaviour change to operational metrics you already track.

What we offer

Three formats, each designed for a different stage of leadership responsibility.

One-on-one coaching session between a coach and a manager

1-to-1 executive coaching

Six or twelve sessions over three to six months, each 75 minutes. We work on decision-making under pressure, stakeholder communication and delegation. Suitable for directors and senior managers stepping into bigger roles. Each engagement starts with a structured intake conversation and a written development plan reviewed at the midpoint.

Group leadership workshop with professionals seated in a circle

Team intensive workshops

Two-day or three-day residential programmes for intact teams of 6 to 14 people. We focus on trust-building, conflict resolution and shared decision protocols. Participants leave with written team agreements and a 90-day action plan they own. We follow up with a half-day check-in eight weeks later.

Cohort of emerging leaders collaborating around a table with sticky notes

Emerging leaders cohort

A 16-week programme for high-potential individual contributors moving into management. Cohorts of 8 to 12 people from different organisations meet fortnightly for facilitated peer-learning, plus two individual coaching sessions each. Participants practise giving feedback, running effective meetings and managing upward.

Questions we hear often

How large does our organisation need to be?
We work with teams as small as four and organisations up to around 500 people. The diagnostic phase scales to fit: for a 10-person company we might interview everyone individually, while for larger groups we use surveys combined with selected interviews.
Can sessions happen remotely?
Yes. About half our current clients run fully remote programmes. We use video calls for 1-to-1 coaching and small-group sessions. For team intensives, we strongly recommend at least one in-person day if geography allows, because trust-building exercises work better face to face.
What does a typical programme cost?
Executive coaching engagements start at £3,200 for six sessions. Team intensives range from £6,500 to £12,000 depending on group size, duration and venue requirements. The emerging leaders cohort is £1,800 per participant. We quote after the diagnostic, so the price reflects your actual scope.
How do you measure whether it worked?
We re-run the same 360-degree assessment or behavioural survey used in the diagnostic phase. The comparison shows shifts in specific competencies: delegation frequency, meeting effectiveness scores, direct-report engagement ratings. We present results in a written report alongside your own operational data where available.
Who facilitates the programmes?
Our lead facilitators have at least 10 years of management experience in operating roles before moving into coaching. We do not use associate trainers who read from a slide deck. Every facilitator holds an ICF or EMCC credential and participates in monthly peer supervision.
What if a participant is not engaged?
It happens. We flag low engagement early, usually by session two, and have a direct conversation with the participant and their sponsor. Sometimes the timing is wrong, or the format needs adjusting. We would rather pause someone's involvement than let them sit through sessions passively.

Start a conversation

A diagnostic call takes about 30 minutes. We will ask about your team structure, the challenges you are seeing and what good would look like in six months. No pitch deck, no pressure.
